EARTH DAY
There is no special date to be aware of our plight. No significant time to start caring. No greater urgency than the peril of the planet. Help...anyway you can, in every way you can. Stand for something, do better, be better. Give an hour of time, for every year you've lived, to help the environment. Treat your children and the world's children, to clean air, pure water and glaciers to cool them in the heat. Start today.
Succinct, very poignant and so true! Change one thing you do and help set the world on a cleaner path for our children and theirs. Easily done and such a difference to be made.
With your permission, I would like to add your words to our blog.

That was a beautifully written post. Totally agree! It's great that we have an Earth Day, but kind of sad that we need a day to remind us all to do what we should be just doing...Same goes for all those 'special days' we have. It's the way of the world now. Sigh. On that happy note. Happy Earth Days :)
